    I have this Bizarre error, I have no idea what to do.

    Apparently, I can recognize I'm missing some kind of DLL's, but, I have no way to go about it. I had to download it again, on another HDD, clean install, then suddenly I am hit with this error. I've seen similar issues, and wanted to know if anyone is familiar with this one.

    I got this error too. Frustrating, because I don't read Japanese. A check of the event viewer into the application error showed the following:

    I have no idea what that means. Suggestions provided to me were to reinstall the whole game (definitely not happening because of unable-to-patch errors) and to update drivers. Haven't had the opportunity to test if that fixes it yet.

    The error messages don't seem to make my game crash - yet. I might just be lucky so far.

    That japanese line is telling you that FF14 is timing out when trying to sign in to the game.


    Are you trying to run multiple instances of the game?
    Does it happen when you minimize the game?

    To add to the above, There's been a lot of issues specially with direct ex freezes and keeps you logged in. Best thing to do is make sure your updates are up to date, and insure your not running double applications. I had same issue and had to modify my connection resources.

    In another post, a player experiencing this issue updated his graphics card driver and that fixed it.
