I am using my own rotation and its based on Rapid synthesis. I did not check any other rotations except Rath's and that one is terribly slow and long (its good ofc, but soooo looong).
EDIT: Also I never use macros, they limit you so much.

I use macro with Rath rotation for pre-crafts (ingots, leather, etc...). Yes, it is long and you need to press 4 buttons, but it has 11 hasty touches and with capped cp on ironworks set and one tool you can replace two HT with 2 basic touches for [9 HT + 2 BT]. And when you do crafts from 0 start quality (i do all pre-crafts like ingots, leather, dissolvents with all normal quality mats), each touch (and each +1 to inner quiet stack) counts.
Ash10's macro is faster, BUT 1) require higher stats, 2) 10 HT without basic touch replacements.
I use ash10's macro for 3* ironworks pre-crafts, but for final crafts use rath rotation in manual mode (not macro).
