    Monk. Activation of buffs in the beginning of the animation

    Good day

    Not long ago was a change in GS buff activation by using of any "third" skill in the rotation. THe GS buff began to appear with the skill activation, but not in the end of skill animation and it is very nice.

    But Monk has two another skills and two another buffs (Dragon kick and TWin Snakes), which also effect the DPS. And the buffs appear to when we use skill (like GS skills now), but in the end of the skill animation and it is not good. Monk has OGCD abilities, which must be used of course with these buffs for more DPS and not good, when you must wait another GCD window to use them, because you need to get the buffs from all GC skills for better DPS

    Please, make the buff appearance from DRagon Kick and Twin snakes at the beginning of animation, not at the end

    This isn't a fix or anything but just so you know:

    If you ever pop a cooldown or use an oGCD skill while using a move that applies at the end of its animation, the effect immediately applies and ignores animation.

    Example: Holy. Holy does damage and stuns at the end of the animation. However, if you use Assize immediately afterwards, the damage and stun will take effect before the holy even explodes.

    Please don't that would be counter intuitive. The damage calculations is performed at the start of the cast meaning that if TS/DK drops of during the cast the damage increase is still applied to the attack. If they were to change it, you would now have 1 second less of time.
