Is it against possible, and or against ToS to sell optional on items market board obtained through the mog station?

Have you tried? as far as I know unless they are market prohibited you should be able to.
I think all the Mog Station items are untradeable. For instance, that's the reason there's both a "Metallic Gold Dye" (untradeable, Mog Station purchase) and a "General-purpose Metallic Gold Dye" (tradeable, comes from quick exploration ventures). They're both the same color, but you can only sell the type that's acquired in-game.
It's against terms of service. For example, people who got the Butler and Maid outfits, there were separate codes for those, so some people were selling one or the other via linkshell/party finder, taking money for the item code.
People were selling premium weddings ingame without issue, from what I remember.

Anything bought from the mog station is an untradable item. The only exception to that I think is the weeding packages and that is only the bracelet that you can trade to who ever you're going to marry.
Yep the marriage bracelets are tradable. I believe the official stance is that it's not against terms of service but they prefer you not do it.
not fully correct. While it was a trend to sell these items via PF (couldn't list them on the MB, which is the case for most items via mogstation) for the first couple of weeks, after a while it was well known that this is against ToS, just like the selling of houses at the moment. Obviously that works only if others report that kind of behavior, but I would be very careful with reselling items via PF that are not meant to be sold.

While the trading and selling of these items for gil is not against the terms of service, in the event this type of trend continues and topics continue to arise regarding whether or not this is considered real-money trading, we will have no choice but to change the design of this system. Therefore we would like players to stop selling and trading the bracelets for gil so that they can continue to be used for their intended purpose.
It's all in technicalities, unless they changed their stance on this it clearly states it is not against ToS. But since they haven't said anything since that I am aware of its still ok. It's just frowned upon.
As a general rule of thumb, if you paid real money for an item, or got the item "free" from a promotion that involved real money, you should not sell or trade it for ingame items or currency. The two worlds are separate and should remain separate unless SE is the party involved.
