Missing last week's Tombs of Scripture after weekly reset

This morning when I logged in after the weekly reset the Tombs of Scripture I had attained from the previous week(450 or so) were no longer there. These were not spent in any way.

Did you report it in game ? normally they will email you after or need to go to the feedback online and report a problem. Forums they don't look at it right away.

Yes. I reported it in game to the GM and I got a generic reply to come here and post. I also created ticket 6811389 , then called the support line with my ticket #. I was told directly by the agent I spoke to on the phone to come to this exact forum and post this issue here.

All avenues of support have pointed me here. I really just want to not have wasted a week.

Are you sure you aren't either forgetting that you bought something, or confusing the tomestones earned in a week with the amount you currently have? (the x/450 number just tells you how many you have earned in the current week. That is not an indicator for how many you have to spend. The x/2000 number is how many you actually have.)

Yes I understand basic math. I also know how to count. I'm not a kid who bought something and forgot. It is a bug that happened after reset.


This isn't even complicated. GMs or Devs should be able to check my purchase history and fix in 30 secs.

I will have some of that salt on my chips thanks. They were trying to help, they never said you couldnt count. They said there were 2 places to look. A simple "No, checked that" would have sufficed.
