    Repair NPCs in Dungeons

    Can we have this please?

The last MMO I played had this and it was a godsend. There are literally no drawbacks to having this.

I'm really tired of having to abandon dungeons because I forget to repair, and having the same thing happen with other people.

You can already repair in dungeons, all you need is the appropriate crafters for your gear leveled to 50 (and some Dark Matter).

Unnecessary inconveniences. Not everyone crafts, and many of us already have crammed inventories.

Nope, a good reason to level crafters. If you don't want to do that, then off to the repair NPC you go. Outside the dungeon.

Having the ability to teleport in and out of the dungeon at will would be almost as nice, did it all the time to repair in WoW.

Why must it be like that though? Just because?

I can think of no good reason to have it that way than just to annoy players.

Not to mention, you can have other players who choose not to craft ruin YOUR run. Ever had a tank go in who forgot to repair and had to leave, only for the rest of the group to wait around for a replacement that never comes?

Agree, with this. If they put repair NPCs inside dungeons, they'd might as well just remove the durability all together. If someone doesn't want to level their crafts to repair their own gear in dungeons, they need to learn to be mindful of the status of their gear and repair it before queueing up.

You do realize that durability is there as a way to remove gil from the economy, correct?

That's exactly what a dungeon NPC's purpose would fulfill. That's why we have NPCs outside of dungeons too....

I understand that lots of people enjoy unnecessary and purposeless inconvenience, but I'll never understand why exactly.

The last MMO I played used durability in the same way, and it worked just as well in dungeons as out of dungeons.

Actually, I have never in my playing this game for almost 3 years have had this problem.

I do realize that is the purpose, and I still see it as redundant to do what you're asking. The "unnecessary and purposeless inconvenience" can be said about durability in general though. It doesn't matter what your last MMO was, that's not how it is here

I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of times I've had trouble because of gear breaking in a dungeon, either my own or someone else's. This is hardly a thing that happens all the time, I really don't think it warrants adding repair NPCs to every dungeon. Just get in the habit of checking your gear before queuing and you'll have no trouble at all.
