I think if you say the book phase, you mean the wait time for the FATE?
Even that part got adjusted and nerfed to the ground, spawn times are now 15-30 minutes (unless nobody is doing any fates in these area's and you don't do them yourself) in comparison to once a day spawn or every 2-8 hrs.
