I know it's outdated content, but I'm trying to obtain the lvl 50 relics for glamour/completion

Right now, this step takes:

* 4 items costing 20k GC seals each -> 80k GC seals
* 4 items costing 400 poetics each -> 1600 poetics
* 4 items costing 100k gil each -> 400k gil
* A lot of craft-only HQ items

For a single, outdated relic, this is a whopping amount of commitment, and it's not even worth doing it to skip the first quest for the lvl 60 relic

My proposal of change is:

* 4 items costing 2k GC seals each -> 8k GC seals (90% reduction)
* 4 items costing 200 poetics each -> 800 poetics (50% reduction)
* 4 items costing 10k gil each -> 40k gil (90% reduction)
* Remove HQ requirement and make items available to buy with poetics/gil -> 150 poetics or 5k gil each
