Idea for apartment gardening

So I was thinking the other day... And thought of something that could help people who want a garden for cross breeding, but only have an apartment.

Please forgive me, but I remember in MoP, you walked into a certain area where a garden was, and it would instance you to your own private garden. I feel like this could work in XIV too. Have a cute garden area near the building, and when you get near it, it shows you yours. I know WoW comparisons aren't great here, but I thought it was a great idea.

Some time ago I made the suggestion of instanced Schrebergarten/allotments.
I thought they should have
-a little shed as a kind of storage box for seeds, soils and fertilizer items
-space for up to 5 items to place like retainer bell or gardening patches
-located by the botanist guild and purchaseable for like 300-500k gil

Back then i thought this would be good for players interested in gardening but without use or interest in the House itself.

I cant see why they couldn't come up with something used right in the apartment itself.

I'm sure they could easily design a growing "tray" with attached overhead lighting to allow gardening indoors. Would like to see it open up for those who own apartments.

Because the only thing that people would grow in those would be "alternative medicines" that are not approved by any of the city states besides Gridania. You know those little flying buds are a product of a crop gone wrong...
