Why are you limiting it to only people who have not cleared savage?
TBH peoples interests are wavering and once the savage lockout is removed in upcoming patches I don\\'t think there will be much interest until stormblood.
Best to just plan for 4.0

Maybe it came across wrong but the primary demographic is people who have not cleared past a11s though people who have would not be turned away. The idea is to have a group of people on the same playing field and in my experience, a lot of people who have cleared the tier are not interested in reverting to previous fights though sometimes people don't mind. Also most statics want people already a11s cleared or enrage so just letting people know that's not all that's out there.

TBH there is still a lot of interest as a lot of people have still not cleared the tier for various reasons. Anyways, this was just to put some feelers out and not active recruitment so if nothing comes of it then no big deal. Just something to do for 4.5 months.
