ARR Artemis Bow Novus "MMMMMMM...Glazed Relic"

Hello! I currently have the Artemis Bow Novus, I have completed the Alexandrite step and melded the materia to the scroll. When I completed the scroll and received a Zodiac glass item it seemed to ask me for another scroll, which I then submitted. It is my understanding that I am supposed to temper the bow by running certain dungeons, but when I cleared Syrcus Tower and level 50 roulette it did not show any sign of change. Also, when I click on the Zodiac Glass, it says I do not have a compatible item. I'm sure I missed something.

You have to complete a TON of duties (though not as much as when it initially came out) in order to complete this step. Here's a guide for the quest, trust me you're on track for now.

Essentially you do those duties with the weapon and you can check your progress with the Zodiac Glass, it takes a good amount before there's noticeable progress.

Thank you for your response though I still have a couple other issues. When I try to use the Zodiac glass with the Novus bow equipped, it says I do not have a compatible weapon equipped. Also, when I ran Syrcus and the roulette, there was no message in the chat window with regard to improvement.

In terms of the "other scroll" from an earlier post, that is just a mission that allows you to redo the stats on the weapon at a costly measure of another whole set of ink + materia. You shouldn't need to do this and if you have the quest in your log, you should drop it since that could potentially be affecting your ability to proceed with soulglazing.

If you have been making several relics, then you have to make sure that you are upgrading the correct one. For some reason I get the feeling that you Soulglazed the wrong relic if you have others at that stage. Otherwise, it is possible that you haven't actually gotten your weapon aether-tight yet from Gerolt.
