What is the best way to upgrade the mastery for my members, Do I have to run 100's command missions?

Ok, but sometimes I run a command mission and get no mastery upgrade. I just don't understand it and how it works.

Do you get more emotes with the second and third achievements?

Thanks for the info. Ive been trying to find info myself but only found rumors on unknown emotes that were poorly translated from the japanese live letter. Many new emotes have been accounted for, but theres still a few left to speculation like Shiva's ice emote. (most likely a reward for a real life shiva figurine like Odin)

There are still squadron animations that could still serve as good persistent emotes. Like meditating, being exhausted, holding a lecture and taking notes.

I'm actually working on that. I took a break from it last week, but I'm up to 63 missions and running out of Seals to boot. Time to do more FATEs.

I also have 6 recruits at 60, 1 at 59 and another at 58. Almost done with leveling them.
