I think people misunderstand the OP's question. I believe the OP is asking "over the duration of a fight, how much does these buffs effect overall damage".

I read somewhere along the lines of Foe being a rough 5% boost in overall caster DPS over a standard fight. If you account for the downtime when the BRD has run out of MP etc.
Trick Attack is 10% boost for everyone, about 15% of the total duration of the fight. So do the math on that one. However keep in mind that a "good" raid group will generally try and line their burst up with TA, which will alter those numbers a bit.
Battle Litt is chance based so you can't reallllly do the math of how big an increase it is. However more crit is always good, because it's a 0 or 1 sort of thing (you either crit, or you don't).
All of the piercing / slashing buffs are also trickier to work out because that depends, as DoT damage does not get affected by weapon type debuffs (Disembowel, Dancing Edge etc). From my understanding as well, weapon-type debuffs are calculated before certain things so it isn't a flat "10% boost" or whatever - but I could be wrong there..
So the easiest way to get a rough estimate, would be to assume it has 95% uptime, then check total damage of that player, subtract all of the DoT damage and work out what 10% of that number is.

In short? A lot of those effects will be around a 5% boost in total damage over the duration of the fight, or thereabouts as a rough guess.

I know this answer is rather theoretical and I don't have any raw numbers for you, however the increase is rather significant.
