Frontline win didnt count?

I just did a Freelance Frontline, and we won.
(normally im with Ul'dah, but since i was freelancing i ended up in Gridania's party)



We did win, but it seems the win was for nought, since it didnt count on this so called "Frontline Fury" achievement wich
is plain stupid because it clearly says nothing about any requirements. Just that you have to emerge Victorious.

- Well i did & i got nothing. So going freelance is completly useless.
- And yes i did this using the title from the NPC. (on another character, not my forum character thats making this post)

I feel kinda cheated by the lack of information of this in the achievement details thou.

"Blah blah emerge victorious WHILE USING A TITLE RECIEVED FROM THE DISREPUTABLE PRIEST." You need to get a garo event title and use it while winning to get points for the mount. To get a title you need to buy the headpiece, chest, glives, legs, feet and weapon of a class and talk to the priest in the wolves den while wearing the gear to get a title. Then use the title and have fun in pvp.

Edit: that's strange then. I have used freelance and got all my wins count, no problem.

Maybe it bugged out? It counted mine when I went for it.

It definitely counts freelancer wins. I queue strictly freelancer now and got the mounts with it. My GC is maelstrom and since they are the most popular GC on primal I am very rarely ever slotted as a Maelstrom. Most of my wins came from wins with the flames who are the weakest and least populated GC on my data center.

I have all three Garo mounts, and a good portion of my Frontlines wins came from going freelancer for faster queues. Either yours randomly bugged out (possible, but unlikely), or you're not actually fulfilling one of the conditions required to get credit for the achievement (title equipped - not just acquired, equipped - and an actual Frontlines win, not just second place).

oh we won allright.

check your pvp profile (character submenu, or type /pvpprofile) then click the frontline tab and look at your weekly performance and compare it to the Ach progress.

There's 3 possibilities really...
1. You didnt win
2. You didnt have a title equipped
3. Game Bug or Glitch

no.1 you can check with your pvp profile. no.2, well, if you have the title equipped now I'd assume you'd know if you had gone in and messed with it since. If you can rule out human error I guess no.3 it is, and the only question would be was there anything weird about the match? Did you join in progress? Disconnect at some point? or some combination? If not it sounds like it was just a random glitch x_x Doesnt sound like its very common and I've never noticed anything like that with this or any other frontline-win related ach. Stuff happens tho. Could try contacting a GM but honestly would probably be more trouble than its worth

I have had freelance on since the moment it became available and usually end up outside my own GC now. I have the mounts. It's working properly, so something weird happened in your specific case, unfortunately.

You likely did not have the title on. you have to USE the title
