I have been using http://www.garlandtools.org/ffxivfisher/ for 3.x fish but they haven't added the 3.5 fish yet.

they are on http://ff14angler.com/ but its clunky to use. I far perfer the fisher / garlondtools layout. See them all on one page, decide which ones to go after.
