    No, they shouldn't remove the 15% heal bonus, that would just cripple monk for raids even further. As for stances, there's also 10% damage reduction on FoE - I can see that being very useful during periods of high raid-wide damage. As for the 5% damage up buff on FoF vs trick attack vuln up; yea that would still lend more favor to ninja for damage up. I do think if they modified FoW to give a boost to skill speed, that would be awesome; but I think it would make MNK even more OP from a personal DPS (and PvP) POV since GL3 already gives them a 30% boost to global CD and 15% to auto-attack.

    Another idea for monks in raids

    Change the action of forbidden chakra or tornado kick or mantra to spend all stacks of GL to give those bonuses to everyone else +30% damage up, +30% faster GCD, +15% faster auto attack - have the duration the same as duration of GL (14s) - can't build GL for duration of the effect and CD for the action should be around 120-180s.
