Hello! i need help in making an informed decision before i just go transferring to a server blind again...is there a site that shows population? im a heavy PVE'r and love leveling up alts and things along with working on anima's and light farming for mounts where would the best fit for me be?

Well. Going by the character you're posting from, you're already on the server that would probably best fit your criteria because it's one of the most populated NA realms (I think Gilgamesh is up there too). Unless there's some reason you want to transfer off of Balmung? In which case, we need more information.

Make sure you look at the "active" section, as the inactive section is probably inflated with bots.

balmung is RP and im looking to avoid all the RP

Leviathan was where I came from before I went to Balmung. There's virtually no RP there (or at least there wasn't when I left). But you'd also be transferring to an 'open' server there, where bots and RMT spammers run rampant. Balmung is spared that for the most part because it's closed to character creation 99.9% of the time.

I'm not into RP at all actually (truth be told I didn't even know Balmung was an RP server until after I transferred to it). But given that there's virtually no RMT activity, I consider it an even trade off. Just something to be aware of if you plan on transferring somewhere with open character creation.

Theres really only RP in the cities. Its pretty avoidable. Most of us dont actually RP lol.

There plenty of FCs out there that don't RP and transferring off balmung to any server will be a reduction in population size of active players.

well then instead of telling me there are non RP fc's anyone able to point me to one that is recruiting
