If they ever release a male bunny suit they will presumably unlock the ears anyway (what's the point in having two identical glamour items just to have different names when the existing name is fine in this case and can match the male outfit?) so asking to get them ahead of schedule makes sense. Though I'm guessing what will actually happen is men get different ears entirely (which female characters will then request...) or they'll be held back so they can release the whole set at once as new content.

Frankly, all gender locked headgear should be unlocked game wide. No new modelling is required for it (maybe some helmets but how many of those are there anyway?) and it adds extra content at negligible development cost. Same with gloves and shoes where possible, especially if there is no male equivalent).

The complaints from someone actually wearing the glamour are too funny.

I've been wondering this myself, TC. They promised not only the bunny outfits, but more gear in general being unlocked, and less gender-locked gear in future updates...and naturally since then we've had several rounds of locked gear....Starting to feel a little lied to at this point.

Says the person wearing the very glamour item the TC is asking for, and who has every piece of their gear except weapon and belt glamoured. If it's not 'real content' then why are you participating in it so enthusiastically? What's your problem with other people enjoying the same features of the game you seem to be?

I agree 100%, but I'm willing to accept the bunny set as a peace offering until they can fit the rest of the gratuitously gender-locked sets into their dev schedule. And I'm including the male-only stuff in that as well. There's absolutely no reason for anything to be locked except maybe the early bikini sets, since those have direct male/female equivalents (Though even those would be nice to see adjusted and unlocked, since, like, the guys get tattoos and the ladies don't).

They could unlock the wrist wraps and bunny ears and that would be enough for players to make their own Chippendale outfit by using a ribbon neck piece, invisible chest and some pants and shoes. I just don't think positioning a head piece and wrist bands is going to take huge amounts of dev time when no new gear models are needed. The rest of the bunny outfit could come at a later date, perhaps at the same time when some new unisex gear for the GS is released.

Its even more sad when you see how many exclusive clothes, mounts and minions they created for the Chinese / Korean market..(which are finally making their way to our side..) I find it kinda strange that clothes really takes such a long time to create..and I agree with those that say that they should at least just give the males the ears first.

There is this very mean voice inside of me that says: If this was something that they could have put in the mogry station..well they would have been done with it in a short amount of time..really thats how far they have gotten me. >_>

I hope for all the male players here that wants it that it will be released soon.

Can anyone please explain to me why this is such a complicated thing to do? Like really, I dont get it! Specially for the ears it shouldnt take any time at all - and seeing how it was apparently possible for them to change male-only-supposed outfits (sailor stuff, Setzer-outfit) into unisex ones like last minute this just feels like a huge slap in the face...

That might apply to the leg and chestpiece, I agree - not for the ears (that most people want), the wristband and the shoes - it was easy enough for them to convert male shoes and gloves into unisex ones.

If they dont want to add such an outfit or unlock the ears/pieces we're already having, thats is ofc totally fine and their right - but they should be open about it, hearing "We're looking into it but its so complicated" for months doesnt sound very... believeable?
Specially when they could just throw us the bone of unlocking the pieces that can be unlocked.

How is this relevant? Just because it's been two years, doesn't mean that they've been working on the male version for two years. Besides, look at how long it took for them to add the second version of the bunny ears. A minor alteration that already took quite a while. As for SE not unlocking the bunny ears, well who knows why they don't want to do that?

It's safe to say that they know players want a male version of the bunny outfit, which is why they're even working on it in the first place, but it's hardly all that high on their priority list.
