It's most likely not a high priority for them right now due to not that many people wanting it but people were vocal(simple fact). They will add it when they are ready to add it. Also If I had to pick out of this or nier glamour... I will pick the nier glamour.

Specially for the ears it shouldnt take any time at all - and seeing how it was apparently possible for them to change male-only-supposed outfits (sailor stuff, Setzer-outfit) into unisex ones like last minute this just feels like a huge slap in the face...

Why is it so complicated to just add a new bunny-ear item thats unisex but uses the same model? I mean, I get its not a priority for them, but c'mon... that doesnt seem like something anyone has to "work hard" on...

Couldn't agree more, been wondering this very same thing for long; I guess the reason is just: 'because male chars'
Honestly it's been a ridiculous long time now since it was asked for; I would've been happy with at least the ears unlocked because I still see no actual reason why some bunny ear headgear *needs* to be gender-locked other than 'because reasons' (possibly the same reasons why we had some gloves and boots gender-locked...I mean---gloves---really? And I guess if anyone thinks they're too 'girly', I'll kindly point to the Cait Sith ears and to all the flowers we can wear /o/ )

How are these two related? One is removing the "female only"-tag on an item (because what people care about most are the ears, the rest would be nice aswell, but they could throw us that bone at least) the other one is creating a whole new model/gear-set/hairstyle/whatever it is that you want. One is a step into equality, the other one is creating more models.
They were VERY quick with removing the male-only tag when female characters complained... took them like one patch or was it even just a hotfix?

As much as I like new stuff - I feel they should clean up the "mess" (probably a to strong word, but english isnt my native language and I cant think of a better one right now, sorry) they've caused. People WERE vocal about it - and vocal enough for them to notice. And as I already said: I dont understand why it is so complicated to give at least the ears to male characters - its not as if the headshapes would be extremly different or anything.

Do you have even the slightest amount of respect for a creator's right to want something their way? They don't ever have to do this if they don't want them to, and the fact that you think anyone should actually lose their job over disagreeing with you on idiotic rabbit ears means that you are the problem.

But telling us for over a year now "We're looking into it!" makes me lose my rspect, I'm really sorry. Even if they came forward now and said "Okay, listen, we thought about this and we dont like the idea" would be totally fine for me. But "Please look forward to us maaaaybe removing a tiny female-only tag one day" feels... well, like a bad joke by now.
I'm the first one to defend their right to make design choices, but I dont like the idea of not keeping a promise (and seeing how removing male-only tags takes them like one patch max, this is getting really close to breaking a promise)

The way they remove the gender restriction of expeditioner gear that was locked for female only is just some proof that they are too lazy and keep delaying this stuff. IMO adjusting the expeditioner's gloves is much harder than adjusting the bunny ears...

Bunny set is for female, you can't say oh the headpiece should not be "female only" and the rest would be nice.
When ppl get the head, they will ask why only the head but not the rest.

A system needs to be consistent, if they change the head, they need change the whole set, then change every set including the latest Garo makai female sets.

Yes and the problem is what exactly?
Of course people will ask for the rest, especially when there are more items in the game for female characters, or when things don't make sense: Men can wear home grown flowers but not the Makai Flowers.

So if things get changed? What exactly is the problem...or what is YOUR problem?
