How Do I Get Painflare?

I am trying to figure out what I have to do to get the Painflare spell on my Summoner.

I am at level 52 and have completed all the Main Scenarios Quests up to "The Rising Chorus".

Do I have to complete the "A Relic Reborn" quest before I can do the quest for Painflare?

I am so confused.

Go to Y'mhitra in Old Gridania at Apkallu Falls, you have a LOT of backlogged job quests to do.......

You need to do your smn job quests. If you have not yet spoken with Y'mitra in old gridania after completing your level 50 job quest, start there.

Ah yes, Axxion is right. You need to complete the Heavensward quest before you can speak to Y'mhitra to pick up the level 50 and 52 quests.

I have not entered Heavensward yet. I am on the quest called "The Rising Chorus" which is the 80th quest in the chain of 100 quests I have to do before I can pick up the "Coming to Ishgard" quest.

So, once I pick up that quest and enter Heavensward, I can get the Painflare quests from Y'mitra?
