I mean... ok... you keep training a primal... and reached many times under 10%.... finally one day you down it. And probably if you don't usually fail on 10% trys... probably you are ready to farm it after kill it.... cause last "for clear" trys, wipe wasn't cause of you. The thing is.... with Zurvan there's so many ppl that probably had luck and downed it because they were with other 7 good players... so skiped soar, did tank lb3.... ok maybe someone dead, just raise and continue fight to repeat cross, broken and kill him no problem. So in very few time they think... omg I killed it i can farm it -> no you can't, you need to go more clear partys, because you still need to learn the fight.
That's always been the case though. even in ARR extreems and coil. quite frequently see people we'd literally just help beat turn x put up a farm party moments later.

the most recent example I saw was again soph ex. friend and I joined a learning party. I was tank they were heals. I was literally having to use a macro to tell the other tank when to prvoke and I was still getting killed by the vulnerability because he was slow at swaps and others kept getting the tilts wrong despite my healer friend basically saying just follow her... many raises later managed to clear the fight. then maybe 20 minutes later the tank from the learning party had a "Bird Farm : No Bonus" in the party finder. oh how I lolled....
