    Encyclopaedia Eorzea - I don't know how to vent me frustration anymore

    Before i start, im not from the states, im from south america. im really sorry for my bad english, and for using the community forum for this.
    I managed to get my order for the Encyclopaedia Eorzea, and it was shipped on october 28, the funny thing is that it left TN LA VERGNE and went back because the postal service "Couldn't understand my adress". After talking with support i got this answer:

    And after 3 months of them dodging my question, "escalating my issue" and asking me to return the book i never got i get this
    "Sorry, we are out of stock, we will refund your money"
    I know is only a silly book about my favourite game and its not the end of the world, but i can't even describe how frustrated i am about all this, because i really want that book.
    Aniway, sorry everyone, sorry to the mods and whoever is in charge around here.
    There is nothing i can do and that makes me even more mad.

    The store is horrible. You are not the only one who have problems with the store. SE needs to take seriously the store for digital and physical goods. I'm from Europe and I got problems with my credit card on the store in past. Although my problem was solved after few days the store has big issues overall. Their support is almost non existent and insufficient. The costs of delivering of some goods is too high. For example the cost of shipping Encyclopaedia Eorzea is almost 40 euros nearly the cost of the book itself. It's first time I see a store delivering in EU countries for such a cost. Goods from US and China arrive in my country with wayyyyyyyyy lower cost and faster.
    SE please you need to take seriously the store and fix it.

    Well I have heard that the current company that runs SE store does better job the the previous company did.

    The shipping for the SE Store is horrendous. If you actually get your package, the actual packaging is so shoddy that there is a 100% chance that whatever you ordered WILL sustain some kind of damage.
