I guess hat im trying to say is why is it ok for JP players to do it but not ok for us to want Single speaking servers?
JP Players say "JP Only" for a number of reasons. I will name two.

1.) They've had many bad experiences with NA players and want to avoid hassle.
2.) They simply don't want to deal with the English language, whether its because they feel its a hassle or they're intimidated by their inability to speak it.

If you go the Japanese section of the forums, one of the biggest if not biggest threads there is a discussion about the separation of servers the size of one of Jupiter's moons.

There are many Japanese players who want separate servers. There are also many Japanese players who enjoy the international atmosphere.

I AM NOT TRYING TO CONDONE THE JAPANESE PLAYERS USE OF THE PHRASE "JP Only"

I am simply trying to help you understand WHY they use the phrase.

    Bottom Line:

You want separate servers, many of them also want separate servers, and there are people who disagree with that view point.

    Does that help?

omg forget it. If you think a server filled with english is the same as a server mixed then i can not go further. We must agree to disagree.

In the picture a couple of posts back here was DECLINED because of what he speaks. That does not happen on a single speaking server. If that it not clear then we will go arounf in circles and i can not cause im at work. (also the reason i type fast lol)
The difference between a server for one language rather than an international server is you may be turned down for language rather than "sorry, we don't need your class".
A person can be declined from a party for a plethora of reasons. No need to pick a battle with language. Just move on and look for another party.
