I'm on the same server and this is a bit prematurely insecure. The only time I see "JP only" is when it's an instance shout. Usually at the beginning you see, イフ (Ifrit) or　ナタラン(nathalan). But any EXP party I see, I just see ranges and I send them a tell (usually using auto-translate) and they let me in. I'm sorry, but the above statement just isn't true.
