Err, not like I want to troll but... no. And that doesn't apply to America alone. I'm French and it's the same in here. For most of people here (i.e. the average consumer), when a product or a service is purchased in their own territory, the average consumer expect everything to be in native language. People couldn't care less if it's a JP company selling the product/service or not.
