    square enix management problem

    when i want to log in to the game i get a message that say that i cant log in because the service account in question is not registered.
    up to the 1/2/17 i didn't have this problem.

    what can i do to fix it?

    Have you tried logging into the Mogstation website?

    It's possible it's just your subscription has run out and you need to add more gametime, but either way you can get that information from the Mogstation. All account related queries/gametime etc are handled through that site.
