Balmung Apartments

Hello everyone!
I am on Balmung, and I'm wondering about apartment availability. I know that there are no vacancies in Lavender Beds (my first choice) on any ward. I think the Mist is also full, but unsure about The Goblet. (At work right now, so unable to log on and just check myself.)

Are there truly no vacancies left in Balmung? And if so, I had another question. I've tried to find my answer online, but I can't seem to find any updated information on it. I recall there being word that apartments would be updated or extended as they fill up. I've admittedly been waiting for this since Lavender Beds filled up. (I regret waiting to level the character I wanted the apartment on in the first place. So I know this is my own fault.)

Has there been a hold on apartment vacancy expansions? Or must we wait until the entire server's apartment vacancies have filled and there are just a handful left somewhere?

I don't have an alt on Balmung, however from what people have said, the maximum limit of 90 units per building has been reached across all the wards/district on that server. No word has been given that I have seen as to when they plan to expand on the limit (they said they could greatly increase it easily). As it's only an issue on Balmung at the moment, some are guessing that they didn't make the ability to increase per-server and instead they have to all the servers at once (which is why they're hesitating to increase the limit perhaps).

There are none USUALLY however...I have found apartments open once in awhile when I was stalking housing demos. I let my FC mates know about those...

Thank you for your replies on this-- Man... I was hoping there would have been some change to it with the most recent patch, too. Oh well. They'll have to expand SOMETIME! And when they do, this time I'll be ready! With my retainer full of furniture!
