Looking for a mentor on Zodiark to help me get access to the Novice Linkshell!

Hi all,

Apologies upfront if this is posted in the bad forum, but I would like to have someone assist me in getting into the Novice Linkshell.

Seems like a great place to make some friends on the server, but I understand you cannot simply join it

Also not aware if it requires a quest to be done first to unlock linkshells?

The quickest way to find a mentor for an invite is to ask around Limsa Lominsa, probably with a shout. That should get a mentor's attention pretty quick. I don't think you need to unlock linkshells first if they even need to be unlocked at all.. I think there is a quest to introduce it, but the functionality should be available anyway. Novice chat isn't a linkshell.

Novice chat is a great way to make some friends. When nobody really needs help, it acts as a general chat. You can meet people and get invites to social linkshells that way.
