My circle has agreed upon that despite the actual size of males, they're all of adequate proportions and are quite confident in themselves. Which didn't explained why so many females look as if they are perpetually displeased with life. They clearly look that way because they are.

Au Ra are not lizards, just as Miqo'te are not cats. There is almost no chance whatsoever that any of the playable races in this game have anything but fairly ordinary human births.
