There's about 7 that are at or under MSRP
A quick glance on PCpartpicker...If you can actually find a GTX 1060 at the MSRP. You might be able to get a 3 GB for under that, but the 6 GB versions have been hovering around $280-$300.
For $250 or so, like someone said, you can probably pull a RX 480 8 GB model, though some people will say get the 4 GB version, since the performance increase between the two is negligible.
Personally, I would grab the 8 GB, but you haven't mentioned what your CPU situation looks like, either.
