Which dance? The one where I spent my lunchtime counting the use of the different races and genders in seasonal event artwork and promotional images from the Lodestone and then came back and posted concrete evidence that Roegadyn and Female Rogadyn in particular are not well represented in such events? I mean seriously, the fact that I play a Miqo'te female doesn't mean I exist as an affront to you or any other Roegadyn players. I don't control what SE chooses to use for their event art any more than you do.
Although, I did also point out that the appearance of the different races and genders in event art/images is broadly (not exact) in line with player character demographics, perhaps that is what irks you so? However, pointing out that statistical relationship, doesn't mean that I think that SE should favor one race or another, nor that I'm against including all the races, genders and tribes of Player characters in the various promotional materials. In fact I very much believe that everyone should be involved, there is a lot of room to explore the lore of the races, and for that matter of the city states, which could be told through their people and cultures. My wishes though, are hardly binding on SE.
Of course, I like Miqo'te, I like my character, I think she is pretty. So I quite like the game art that features Miqo'te. I also like the game art that features female Elezen, Au Ra, Hyur, Rogadyn and Lalafell characters - maybe I just like female characters? One of my favorite charactes in the game is Nanamo. I really like Moenbryda, although I have to say that Merlwyb gets on my nerves, but that's due to her personality rather than her appearance.
At the end of the day though, it doesn't matter what I think or say, you already made your mind up about who and what I am and what I think about the matter. I think you're wrong, but other than what I write, I can't do anything to prove you wrong.

I'm just saying, for the most part, he's not wrong. Sex sells and it's clear it does in this game. No need to be defensive and denounce something that's fact, and clear as day.
But regardless, Valentine's is mostly a female/feminine event, so I'm not exactly in the right to be complaining about any type of females being used for advertising/promotion of the event, so I don't exactly go out of my way saying "Muscles and testosterone for Valentines!", but I wouldn't complain if that were the case either.![]()
