    Is it time to move the data centers out of Canada?

    Somewhere more practical like Texas or Chicago? If we're having this many problems lately just imagine what Stormblood's launch will be like.

    If it was that bad, then the other NA data centers would have gone down too. Aether is just being a special snowflake when it comes to sever instability for some strange reason.

    If you take into consideration population density of worlds. It's not being in Canada that's a problem. It's the number off ppl on a server cluster.

    They should just swap Gilgamesh with one of the lower population servers on the Primal datacenter.

    We don't know anything for sure, it's just speculation that it's overpopulation of those two worlds.

    Ultimately it's also nothing to do with us, it's in SE interest to get the servers as stable as possible, but they're not obligated to give us a breakdown of what exactly the problem is and really it's none of our business. We're customers paying a subscription, we don't need to know how it's not working, just if it's working or not.

    SE also won't want the hassle from fixing them non-stop and they certainly don't want the bad publicity from servers going up and down all the time so I'm sure they're doing their best to work on a permanent solution.

    If SE didn't do anything about it, it probably isn't the cause of the issue there.
