well if u can burn all his hp in 3:24, shouldnt it be possible to take 25% in 1 min?

also since 2hr is activated by hp, why not save everything for when nails go active (buffs invigorate keen flurry just go all out.)

You don't have one minute.

He will cast Hellfire if either 60 seconds pass or his HP hits 20%, whichever comes first.

sad thing is they can do it faster, but thats nice either way. have you guys tried to kill it before hellfire?

Hellfire is based on his HP, not on a time. So no matter what, once his HP hits a certain level, he'll charge it up.
