I think what the OP is trying to convey is the notion that come 2.0, there will be an influx of new players that will be very far behind compared to those who have already been playing all along.

It's something that's been bothering me too. I'm afraid that without the support of veteran players to help new players along in 2.0, a lot of newbies might get discouraged and quit. It's going to be a hard game of catch up for them, and things like market inflation due to veterans with large sums of gil is going to be a stumbling block for new players. Couple this with the fact that in a year's time many players will have leveled all of what they wanted to the cap, and you'll have low level players who have no one to play with. You can see this happening already, as the exp rates are so high. You have people shouting for a party in uldah, and the higher level the party is, the faster it fills up. This is because most people have already leveled up past the low levels and therefore have no jobs to play at the lower levels. It's going to get to the point where low level players won't be able to find anyone to play with because everyone is already done leveling.

Sure new players can play with each other, but in that case you're going to have a rift in the community between pre-2.0 and post-2.0 players. That is something that I think SE needs to address.
