Yes you can, Im a dreamer too, but with triple the budget that they had for HW, it would be REALLY off if we only got 2 jobs when we got 3(debatable)on HW

As far as I know, this was never confirmed, with the evidence of this triple budget thing leading back to some post that mentioned it being said in a JP version of a quarterly report, which never showed up in any english translation.

Actually now that you mention it, i probably got that info from a third source pointing out the quarterly you mentioned. So youre probably right about this.
