Huh? I have never heard if dps is low it affects RNG not sure if i believe that, then again who knows what goes on with their crazy formula.
This entire game is RNG for me, crafting, gathering, getting loot ( oh i remember you CT for those 100+ runs for Crimson Robe)
Rolls of 1 i get, and say to myself seriously? Who gets a 1 except for me, lol

I don't know how well this formula works but I had the same issue until I tried a couple of things. First Luck items, some people say they are useless but to me it has made a difference its up to you to try it. Second if your DPS is low sometimes it seems to affect RNG. As a tank it's usually pretty high and as healer. But as a range or close DPS its seems to effect it somewhat if people are contributing more. Just a tip.

I have bad luck too, I rolled a 97 on the minion in WC , someone else rolls a 99 ..... its like...
