It hasn't changed from 'shortly after 1.20 so you'll have time to experience it.' They never gave a date on when billing starts.

They said that there would be lots of time to play with 1.20 before charges even start. They said that they would announce the billing details in early December, and that the 1.20 patch has been pushed back 10 days. So we might not see it (the patch) until the second week of December. Ether way, it won't happen until sometime after the patch.

In my best guess we will see it two to three weeks after the patch, but to make things simple, I would think January 1 would be a good starting date. (IMO)

I would speculate early to mid jan, rather than feb, and they wouldnt start billing on new years day because its a worldwide public holiday so they couldnt make sure they got all payments and thier systems are working, remember its the first time they have charged so they need to check it all.
