I am all more using LB for getting kills, but when like 80% of melee LBs seemed to be used when the target is at 20% and 10 people are hitting it... it is just kill stealing at that point.

That's a waste of a limit break then cause those 10 people will kill the player before the limit break goes off anyway. Ranged are much more proficient and efficient at kill stealing anyway.
