people are getting kicked for wanting to kill other players or using limit breaks on them and instead of ice.

This mode has even gotten me to not want to do frontlines anymore. People yell at you if you try to go for kills and not hit ice.

I haven't run into people like that yet surprisingly even though I completely ignore ice now as a Dragoon for the most part lol. Have not had anyone threaten to or initiate a vote to kick me nor even mention my tendency to ignore ice objectives at all in the party. But that might be because I'm freelancer now which pretty much automatically aligns me with Flames every match who are pretty well known for not caring about trying to win at all anyway. Before freelancer as a Maelstrom I actually would prioritize ice and winning over kills but as Flames the GC is so bad we arent gonna win anyway so may as well try and get some kills out of it.
