Errors and gane crashing when entering housing areas

Ever since the 3.5 update my game will crash when either teleporting to housing area or returning from a duty to housing area

The game will then crash and say ffxiv has stopped working and the throw up what I presume are dirextX 11 errors! I never had this problem before the patch has anyone else had a similar problem?

I been getting them too, exact same situation.

Same problem. Crashes only when teleporting to private house in Mist. Not every time, perhaps 1/5 of teleports.

Same as the others when going to housing sections Lavender Beds or Mist the game crashes just as they said.

I'm not having the same dx error, but I am having a dx11 crash coded 1100002 that just randomly happens while I've been in the Lavender Beds (granted I spend a lot of time idling there). Started ever since I switched to Windows 10 about a week after 3.5 came out, currently using a GTX 1080, drivers are current.

Not sure if they're related but I figured I'd pitch in all the same. I've HEARD that it's not a DirectX error but something related to an actual file name they use for whatever's flubbing up, so who knows.

I've been getting this error as well since 3.5. Like others, it seems to sporadically happen when zoning via teleport to a housing zone (lav beds).
