    Suggestion about Triple Triad

    - Reminder -
There are 3 ranks in Triple Triad
Rank 1: can only use 1 card with 2+ stars, the 4 others have to be 1 star.
Rank 2: can only use 1 card with 3+ stars, the 4 others have to be 2 stars max.
Rank 3: can only use 1 card with 4+ stars, the 4 others have to be 3 stars max.

    - The issue -
1 star and 2 stars cards are almost useless, only a rule or two can push you to use them.
4 stars cards are definitly useless for a player rank 3 having a few 5 stars cards.

    - Note about the idea -
It might look more complicated than old system on the paper, but it definitly won't be the case in-game.

    - The idea -
Replace the system by another kind of rank.
Rank 1: Your deck value can be maximum 8 stars
Rank 2: Your deck value can be maximum 12 stars
Rank 3: Your deck value can be maximum 16 stars
    - 5 stars cards are still limited to one, no matter what.
    - You cannot have less than 5 cards.
    - You don't have to reach the max, your deck can have less stars than authorised.

Note that, with the old system, maximum for each rank are respectivly 9, 13 and 17 stars. I think that reducing it by 1 for the new system would get a better result.
That nerf is in order to keep a power balance with the old system.
With no nerf, a deck from the new system would be stronger than old system... espacially if you don't play first.
With the nerf, it is harder to say.

    - Eventually... -
A special rule could allow folks to keep their old deck.
You can activate/desactivate (at will) a bonus of +1 star max, which will also limitate your possibilities.
    - Rank 1: only one card with 2 stars or more
    - Rank 2: only one card with 3 stars or more
    - Rank 3: only one card with 4 stars or more

    - Samples -
The first sample of each rank shows the nerf without using the new possibilities.
The second sample of each rank takes advantage of the new situation.
The third sample is about the special rule from above, meaning old school deck.

    Rank 1 can have:
    - 4 cards 1 star and 1 card 4 stars (yes, without special rule, rank 1 cannot use a 5 stars card)
    - 3 cards 1 stars, 1 card 2 stars and 1 card 3 stars
    - With the special rule: 4 cards 1 star and 1 card 5 stars
    Etc.

    Rank 2 can have:
    - 1 card 1 star, 3 cards two stars and 1 card 5 stars
    - 2 cards 1 star, 1 card 2 stars, 2 cards 4 stars
    - With the special rule: 4 cards 2 stars and 1 card 5 stars
    Etc.

    Rank 3 can have:
    - 1 card 2 stars, 3 cards 3 stars, 1 card 5 stars
    - 1 card 1 star, 1 card 2 stars, 2 card 4 stars, 1 card 5 stars
    - With the special rule: 4 cards 3 stars and 1 card 5 stars
    Etc.

Sample 1 VS Sample 3: old system definitly stronger.
Sample 2 VS Sample 3: Isn't it harder to say?

    - Why would it be better for beginner? -
It allows a beginner to amelioarate his deck a more effective way while targeting Rank 2.
It would be instead of being stuck with your most powerful card and 4 weak cards without really having any choice.

    - Why would it be better for elite? -
No more useless card, a lot of new possibilities.

    Regards
