    SE is not denying you anything. They're a huge company, with one of the larges MMO's available. Tickets can take time.

    You think I'd be posting this if I hadn't made attempts to contact them?

    This is a huge company ignoring customer calls, emails, and chat requests. Yet they run a 24/7 game. Seems like a scam to me. A google search shows that I'm not the only one who feels this way. However, I'm willing to fight for my principles.

    I've exposed 3 scams in the past, and two of those companies are no longer around (the third was registered in the Canary Islands, which resulted in my inability to find a lawyer willing to take the case). At the very least, we can change the current system that is screwing over so many people. Why are you against change for the better? Why argue instead of trying to help? What do you plan to do with your life if not change things for the better?

    I understand your frustration. Since I read this thread I've been googling in a hopes to help you. Everything I've read leads to an ISP/Payment issue.

    Trying to threaten SE is not going to get you help at all. Especially with weird empty threats.

    I appreciate your help, if you've really done research on my behalf. However, you cannot dissuade me from the path I intend to walk. I have attempted to contact a company that holds my money but has not given me my product with no response. Assistance requests, refund requests, cancellation requests - all ignored.

    You cannot honestly believe that they are in the right. Would you have me simply walk away and allow them to keep my cash? If you are so unreasonable, I cannot continue taking you seriously.

    A previous company I took down was a binary option company. A handful of my followers and one of my clients stated that the company would not provide payouts of their deposits. The case was won in our favor because the money that you give to a company belongs to you until the product that you paid for is in your hands. Physical possession is meaningless here. The transaction has not been completed. If a store employee takes your $100 for a pair of jeans and walks away, that $100 is still yours until the jeans are in your possession. You might feel otherwise, but this is the law. This is a law in place to protect the consumer that SE is ignoring. They are the ones walking a dangerous path, as eventually enough consumers will become angry enough to act, as in the case of the binary options company.

    I think you just need to be a bit more patient. As the person above wrote SE support doesn't work on weekends and tickets are replied to on business days only so basically you're chasing up a department that probably haven't even seen your ticket yet.

    Through your impatience you might have cut your own throat as far as getting SE to respond. Most companies will refuse to work with you as soon as you threaten legal action and you then have to deal with their legal department.
