Steps:
1. Beast Tribe Quests Never Reset starting the 22nd January and continues to this posting.
2. Searched FAQs and Logged In and Out and reset computer...nothing
3. Now the 26th January 2017 and a few days after patch 3.5.1 and still NO reset on allowances. Unable to continue on any beast tribe quest. Sent 3 ingame Bug Reports since the 23rd or 24th January. No help! or Response! Was told by a friend to post here.

Do you have any remaining beast tribe dailies in your quest log? Allowances don't reset until you've turned every single one in.

Check your quest log. That happened to me as well until I found a solo hidden beast quest that I forgot about and it took care of itself.
