I noticed this as well. Usually I use Roaming Soul together with Shock Spikes and the chat log says I am casting properly but there is no cast animation until the last arm wave when the spell is completed. It doesn't seem to show any starting cast animations done shortly after the use of the skill. This affects the cast animations of both offensive and defensive spells. (Protect, Shell, Sleep, Bio, etc)

    Greetings, Flashnolan!
Thank you for taking the time to fill out the report regarding your concerns about casting animation. I can understand how it seems strange that the casting animation fails to appear after using Roaming Soul, so I will make sure to submit this information for you to the development team for further investigation. I highly recommend keeping posted to this thread for any further details about the investigation. Thanks again for the report!
