I had a similar thing in moogle mog ex where he finished casting Memento moogle, some of us died, some were still standing.. I guess high latency saved those who didnt die

Back in old days, went on T2, everybody died except 2 sumoners, they were running around like crazy while the rest of us screaming seeing the last % of the boss being dropped with dots
Or more recently, on A5, party wanted to burn down the last % of the boss, no one noticed the bombs about to explode except me, used Living Dead, finish the boss under the 10s timer alone!

Diabolos in Dun Scaith. 2 healers and 1 dps left. All LB3 used. Healers nearly OOM. He was closing in on 1 of the healers.. then he died.

But I don't know if this counts, since Dun Scaith final fight is always like this?

It's not the most narrow win ever, but I'm proud of it:

I was farming back up aetherpool in Palace of the Dead after buying Kinna weapon, so I hit floors 1-50 to get back up to 30/30. My party on Edda at floor 50 wiped at ~70%, except me. I spent the rest of the fight flawlessly dodging the mechanics and self-healing with my warrior moves until I beat her! It was the most tense fight I've had in a long time and I got to be the hero for my party. I know there are people that solo through all that the whole way and floor 50 isn't considered hard, but I'm proud of my win there.

I did a kill once beyond the internet in T10, by this I mean we had like 3 members left alive, I Dc'ed, even got kick out of TS, join TS again and everyone was like yaaaaaay \o/ I'm what? we won? how?

Everyone else died and it was my Offline Auto attack that dealt the final blow.
