Simply word "content for hardcore" or "content for casual"

if a casual could win against everything in-game, then hardcore who play more would have nothing challenge.

I would say that Ifrit is in the middle between hardcore and casual content. Since the requirement isn't much at all. At least it doesn't ask you to get ability from 7-fighters classes combine.(which is also possible to do if SE want to make hardcore content)

To OP: Depend on what you think as "respect". You will respect PT by learning sentinel and help them win. Or you will just bring them all down with you, because they need to respect you choice of play in PT ?

it is up to SE either they gonna make it hard for 1-class player and easy for multiple-class
    or
they wanna make it hard for multiple-hard, and hell for 1-class player.

alot of what i can see happening is along these lines

such as UU gear becoming meldable...

only people with crafts leveled will be able to do it, thus making it beneficial and a bonus to have your crafts leveled alongside combat

no matter what they do people will complain

the content will be too easy, or itl be too hard
the gear will suck or itl be great
crafting will be unfair or dungeon drops will be unfair

there will always be 2 sides to the arguement and the best they can do is try to minimize who is going to be affected by what changes, which they have done pretty well so far.

as far as bringing stuff to ifrit goes, my shell doesnt force any of us to be the "elite" setup for it, some of us may choose to go lancer for it, same as we chose to go archer for darkhold, but we also have no issues bringing in archers to ifrit, and we beat him with archers and pugs in our group too

if your shell leaves you out because you want to bring pug or archer, get a new shell, sounds like they are the issue moreso then the game itself
