Cut-scenes not loading (PC)

Random cut-scenes are not loading (ex: quest in Azys Lla for Balance unto All, and the final two cut-scenes in Great Gubal Library (Hard)). My monitor goes black, preparing to start the cut scene, and I am able to hit 'enter' and chat with FC/party. There is also a loading wheel in the bottom right hand corner. My computer is also 100% responsive. The game does not crash. There are cut-scenes that load with no problems, such as one in Moghome, and a few others I can't recall off the top of my head. I cannot confirm if the issue has anything to do with location, or not.

I have left this to load for several minutes, and it never loads. I have also restarted both FFXIV and my computer with no success. FFXIV is a fresh install, and I have tried running FFXIV in admin mode.

I appreciate this being looked into in such a timely and efficient manner! I've managed to resolved the issue myself, and do not require assistance from absent SE employees.
