1. Spoke to the NPC to turn in my completed quest and recieve my Guillotine of the Tyrant in exchange for my Hyperconductive Nothung.
2. I then skipped the cutscene and completed the quest
3. My new Anima weapon was nowhere to be found and my Hyperconductive Nothung remains in my inventory making me unable to initiate the next quest.
