Steps:
1.I play with "Display flying text" and "Display Pop-up text" both toggled off; however, the options are not saving, and every time I log in I receive flying text of my and other PC actions until I re-toggle the settings. The settings remain untoggled by look, but I see the flying text until I toggle them on and then back off. This happens every time I log out of any character.
