For SCH DPS, the stat weights are (tested in 3.4):
  • WD: 9.128
  • INT: 1.000
  • DET: 0.190
  • CRT: 0.266
  • SS: 0.316 – 0.366
  • Acc: Cap it

I've been picking SpS instead of Det because of this, but still preferring Crit over SpS because of healing.
